Top employer for apprentices

We’ve been ranked 33 out of 100 top employers for apprentices at the Rate My Apprenticeship Awards. It’s thanks to amazing reviews left by our very own apprentices.

Celebrating the outstanding achievements of apprentices, schools and colleges, employers and training providers in apprenticeships, the awards saw over 500 people come together virtually to recognise the industry’s finest.

In 2019, we ranked 49/100, so it is great to know that even after a challenging year in our industry, our people continue to rate us as a great employer for apprentices!

“Marston’s is a company driven by people. There is great progression, so you can start as a pot wash and develop to a Head Chef role within three years, with lots of hard work and a supportive learning environment. What is not to like for any career focused individual!”
