Newcastle’s Pitcher & Piano crowned Marston's Managed Pub of the Year

Pitcher & Piano Newcastle has been named Marston’s Managed Pub of the Year, beating out hundreds of local pubs and bars from across the country to take the top spot.
The award celebrates the very best of Marston’s venues, which go above and beyond for their guests, combining operational excellence and great hospitality with a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences.
Sitting proudly on Newcastle’s iconic quayside, Pitcher & Piano is one of the city’s most recognisable venues, which has been part of the city’s bustling social scene for nearly 30 years. Now as Marston’s best managed pub, the venue has been recognised nationally for its vibrant atmosphere, beautiful riverside views and consistently outstanding feedback from guests.
