Targets & Progress

Our sustainability approach is grounded in shared responsibility and accountability. We and our pubs focus our efforts where we can have the greatest impact, with established targets that are relevant to our business, meaningful to our stakeholders and capable of driving long‑term change.

Measuring and Reporting Our Progress

We are committed to clear, transparent reporting across our sustainability pillars. We report annually on our performance, openly sharing both progress and areas where further improvement is needed.

Our targets and metrics are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain robust, relevant and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Each target is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), helping to ensure our efforts contribute to wider global priorities.
