Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the redemption of Christmas Early Bookings Vouchers (the “Voucher”). The Voucher can be redeemed against any food or drink order in a single transaction, in a participating bar. The Voucher can only be redeemed once and must be surrendered when ordering. The booking deposit must be paid by 31st October 2026 for the voucher to be issued.

The Voucher can be used any time during normal opening hours between Sunday 1st November 2026 – Monday 30th November 2026 and Saturday 2nd January 2027 – Sunday 31st January 2027.

The Voucher cannot be used at any time between Tuesday 1st December 2026 and Friday 1st January 2027. This voucher cannot be redeemed against a drink purchase. Drinks may be purchased as part the order but the Voucher will only be redeemed against the food order. The Voucher may not be redeemed against any order from our Christmas menu and/or your group booking. A minimum spend of £10/£20/£50 per transaction.

The Voucher can only be redeemed at any participating managed bars during normal pub opening hours. Booking may be required.

If you have any questions about the Voucher or if you have any food intolerances or allergies, please ask a member of staff before ordering. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, gift voucher, promotion or discount, including a privilege card. Should the value of purchase be lower than the face value of the Voucher, no change can be given. Should the value of the transaction exceed the face value of the Voucher, a balance payment is required. Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed wholly or in part for cash. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for any other product and the Voucher has no cash alternative. Photocopies will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept any liability or responsibility for replacement Vouchers should Vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. We reserve the right to change, amend or remove this offer without prior notice due to circumstance outside of our control. Normal operating conditions and opening times apply. The Manager’s decision is final. Bar staff can refuse service at their discretion. All menu items are subject to availability. Alternative may be offered at the manager’s discretion. The voucher scheme and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. It is not the intention of this promotion in any way to encourage people to consume excessive amounts of alcohol or to discriminate based on gender or orientation. Your voucher cannot be used during:

• Not valid on days when England or Scotland are playing in the FIFA World Cup 2026, from two hours before kick-off until close of business.  This offer cannot be used on our World Cup match-day 'handheld' food menu.

The voucher can only be redeemed at the pub named on your voucher. Booking is recommended due to the popularity of this offer.

The voucher can only be redeemed once. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any alternative product.
